I truly believe that food is about cooking, eating, exploring, experiencing and adventuring. It is a journey of science, art, passion, necessity, history, culture and life. Food unites us all.

I am a fully qualified and well-experienced Chef, Barista and Sommelier who has worked in and managed hospitality establishments throughout Australia, Italy and Switzerland.


I have dined in over 75 countries, over 200 cities and at some of the world's best restaurants.

I have cooked for Prime Ministers, Senior Officials, Government Ministers and Celebrities.

I have owned and operated highly successful hospitality venues, including; a restaurant, grocer, bar, café, sandwich bar and delicatessen.


I have worked beside some of the world's best Chefs, including personally dining with Heston Blumenthal, Buddy Valastro, Peter Gilmore, and Tetsuya Wakuda.

As a restaurant, bar owner, and hospitality expert I also have immense experience with beverages, stock control, coffee, wine, alcohol, ordering, sourcing, and maximising profit and quality.

I have published several food reviews as a critic, and have several cookbooks, to be published shortly.

My team and I can manage your event from start to finish, design your menu, or even create a bespoke recipe. We can also facilitate private chefs of the highest calibre for your yacht, jet or house.

I am well placed to design a menu to fit any occasion or assist you in your Food and Beverage requirements.
